I’m used to traveling alone and think that it is more costly, as I can’t share room and transport fees.

Yes thats true … but gain 100% pleasure from solo travel .. and 100% of the pain like extra costs.

As a single female traveling around the world on my own, the most important factor is safety. Always be aware of your surroundings and act confident. Traveling alone allows your meet people and change your itinerary at the last moment. And sure, I enjoyed my trips with friends – it great to share those memories. However, traveling alone is very rewarding and the memories you make are all your own.
